At Michelangelo's Down Syndrome Alliance, we believe every child deserves access to the resources and community support necessary to reach their fullest potential. Inspired by the personal journey of Michelangelo Cruces, our family experienced firsthand the challenges and frustrations of navigating limited and often misdirected resources, typically designed for autism rather than specifically for children with Down syndrome.

Navigating life without clear guidance, facing constant misdirection, and seeing our struggles mirrored in countless other families, we decided to create a change. Michelangelo's Down Syndrome Alliance was born from the heart—a mission driven by empathy, understanding, and the commitment to ensure no family ever feels alone in their journey again.
